NeuroDirectional Transformative Hypnotherapy®

You have done serious work on yourself.
But you are still not satisfied with your inner state.

This is not about trying harder. It’s about working at a different level.

The Problem

Most people who find their way here have already invested seriously in themselves — therapy, coaching, reading, sometimes years of it. They understand their patterns. They can describe them clearly. And the patterns keep recurring. That gap between knowing and actually being different is not a failure of effort or intelligence. It’s a question of where the pattern is stored, and what kind of work can reach it.

What tends to bring people here is specific. Not a general sense that life could be better. Something more concrete: a pattern of response — emotional, relational, professional — that they have tried to change and cannot. The understanding is there. The change is not.

Often this accompanies a period of real external success, which makes the internal friction harder to explain and easier to dismiss. Sometimes it shows up as physical depletion that no amount of rest fully resolves. Sometimes as a sense of having outgrown a former version of yourself, without yet having access to what comes next.

The Solution

I work with this specific gap using a clinical protocol called NDTH® — NeuroDirectional Transformative Hypnotherapy. After the initial metadiagnostic consultation, the protocol uses hypnotic trance as a working condition — not as a metaphor, and not in the stage-hypnosis sense. Hypnotic trance is a verified neurological state in which the brain becomes temporarily more modifiable than in ordinary wakefulness. In that state it is possible to work directly with the structures that maintain deep patterns, rather than describing them from the outside.

This is not a motivational or insight-based approach. What changes is not how you think about the pattern — it is the pattern itself.

Session 1
Formation of the Target State

Creating a sensorially and neurologically detailed experience of the achieved goal — not as visualisation, but as a neurologically real event.

Session 2
Processing the Emotional Path

Working through what stands between the current and target states. Processing the emotional residue along the path toward that state.

Session 3
Installation of the Inner Navigator

Establishing an autonomous unconscious orientation mechanism — the direction holds without effort or conscious maintenance.

Session 4
Integration

Consolidation and stabilisation of all changes into daily functioning. The new structure is embedded, not held in place by effort.

Between sessions: 10–15 minutes of structured daily self-observation. This is part of the protocol, not optional homework. It is what makes the changes stick outside the sessions.

Who Is This For?

The people I work with best tend to share a few traits. Outwardly, they function well — sometimes very well. They have real self-awareness. They have already tried other approaches: therapy, coaching, or significant independent work. They are at a genuine turning point rather than a temporary low, and they want a structural shift, not another round of management strategies.

Common presentations: a chronic inner conflict that doesn’t resolve with understanding; a loss of direction or meaning after a period of achievement; emotional or physical depletion without a clear medical cause; relational or professional patterns that repeat despite real awareness of them.

This work requires basic psychological stability. The sessions are deep, and stability is what makes depth safe rather than destabilising. I work with adults between the ages of 30 and 76. If you are currently in acute psychiatric distress, I will refer you to the appropriate specialist — that is not a rejection, it is the correct clinical sequence.

How NDTH® Compares to What You May Have Already Tried

If you have tried other approaches and are wondering what would be different here, here is a direct answer.

What you’ve tried What it genuinely offers Where it tends to stop What NDTH® adds
Talk therapy or CBT Understanding why the pattern exists; tools for managing it The pattern continues even when fully understood Works at the level where the pattern is held — not where it is described
Life coaching or executive coaching Clarity on goals; structure; external accountability Requires willpower to maintain every change Installs change as automatic orientation; the direction holds without effort
Standard hypnotherapy Relaxation; some symptomatic relief No structured sequence; no depth verification; no between-session protocol Verified clinical depth at each stage; four-session architecture; consolidation built in
Weekend intensives or workshops Genuine peak states; rapid insight; community Effects typically fade within 2–6 weeks without consolidation Structural change that persists — not a temporary state elevation
Meditation or mindfulness Nervous system regulation; broad metacognitive awareness General rather than targeted; months to years to produce structural change Faster and more targeted — addresses specific deep patterns directly
Psychotherapy for trauma (EMDR, somatic) Effective clearing of acute traumatic material Rarely includes the constructive phase: where do you go from here? Adds the forward architecture — the target state, the path toward it, the navigation mechanism

When NDTH® is not the right starting point

NDTH® is not the right starting point if you are currently in acute psychological distress, dealing with an active psychiatric condition that requires clinical management, or seeking symptom relief from a diagnosed disorder. In those situations, the correct sequence is medical or psychiatric stabilisation first — and I will tell you that directly in the consultation if it applies.

This work is also not well-suited to someone who is looking for an explanation of why things are as they are. The protocol produces change, not understanding. If understanding is what you need at this stage, a good psychotherapist or a skilled coach is the better fit — and I can point you toward one.

If neither of those is the case — if you have the understanding, you have done the work, and you are looking for the thing that actually shifts the structure — this is the right place to start.

Who I Am and How I Can Help

Dr. Vitaliy Sarancha — General Practitioner, Doctor of Medical Sciences

My name is Vitaliy Sarancha. I’m a General Practitioner and Doctor of Medical Sciences, with 18 years of clinical practice across general medicine, integrative approaches, and psychosomatic work.

I developed the NDTH® protocol in response to what I kept observing in practice: people with genuine self-awareness and real effort who were not changing. Not because they lacked commitment or insight — but because the work they were doing was not reaching the level where the pattern was actually held.

My medical background is relevant here in a specific and practical sense. The questions I ask in a diagnostic consultation are clinical questions. I am trained to identify when hypnotherapy is contraindicated, when psychiatric or medical management should come first, and when the physiology of what a person describes calls for a different intervention entirely. The NDTH® protocol sits within that clinical frame — not outside it.

I am based in Zagreb and work with clients in person and online.

Client Reviews

Finding the causes · a comprehensive approach

“For almost five years I went round in circles: endless tests, doctors of different specialities, new diagnoses and handfuls of pills that only made me feel worse. No one could explain what was really happening to me. I came to Dr. Vitaliy without much hope. But he was the first specialist who didn’t just look at individual symptoms — he put my whole ‘picture’ together. For the first time in years I received clear, understandable explanations of the causes of my condition and a step-by-step, completely sensible plan of action. The tension eased as soon as I understood what was going on, and the recommendations really started to work. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your professionalism and your humanity!”

Psychosomatics · the NDTH® system

“On the outside everything is great — business, family, stability. But inside there was constant chaos and terrible fatigue, and over time sleep problems and recurring digestive issues joined them. Colleagues advised me to see Dr. Sarancha. I was immediately interested in his systemic approach and the four-week NDTH® concept. To be honest, I was sceptical, but the results will surprise even pragmatists. In that month I learned more about how my mind and body work than in my whole life before. Most importantly, I managed to completely reset, get rid of insomnia and regain my focus for new projects without burning out. Thank you for the precise, fast and incredibly effective work!”

Perimenopause · integrative approach

“When perimenopause began, my usual quality of life simply collapsed. From gynaecologists I kept hearing the same thing: ‘What do you expect — it’s your age, take hormones.’ I didn’t want HRT and started looking for alternatives myself. That’s how I came across Dr. Vitaliy Sarancha’s website by chance. He is a Doctor with a capital D — one of those specialists who see and treat not a single symptom but the whole person. Over three months of personal coaching and gentle correction he literally brought my body back to normal: my sleep improved, my emotional state levelled out and I have plenty of energy despite the hormonal changes. I sincerely recommend him to anyone looking for real medicine. Now I really want to do the NDTH® programme!”
